At Bruno Capelo Headwear, we strive for complete satisfaction with every hat purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the headwear in its original box to maintain its shape and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned headwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
